There are two engine options available for the 2022 Ram 2500, and both deliver excellent capability. The standard powertrain is a 6.4-litre HEMI VVT V8 that delivers 410 horsepower and 429 lb-ft of torque and pairs with an eight-speed automatic transmission. When properly equipped, the Ram 2500 can deliver a towing capacity up to 9,072kg and payload of up to 1,819kg.
2022 Ram 3500
Ram's largest truck, the 3500, offers unbeatable ride quality and luxury, in addition to insane towing, hauling, and engine-torque figures. The 2021 Ram 3500 is available in across Canada in five trim levels, and just like the 2500, the best value is found in the Laramie model, which starts at $72,645.

Three engine options are available for the 2022 Ram 3500 Heavy Duty pickup truck, of which the standard is a 6.4-litre V8 that generates 410 horsepower and 429 lb-ft of torque. Also available are two versions of a 6.7-litre Cummins diesel inline-six. When appropriately equipped, the Ram 3500 has a towing capacity of 16,828 kg and a maximum payload of 3,483 kg.
