I started off at Downsview Chrysler in October 2018 in the PDI Department, assisting the PDI Manager in his daily tasks, as well as coordinating our client's tire storage.
My dedication and enthusiasm promoted me to become a Service Adviser here at Downsview in January 2019. At the time, I was still new to the automotive industry, and did all I could do; listen, learn, work hard, efficiently, and effectively, to get the job done for my clients. I carried this mindset over from PDI to my service desk.
Should I be lucky enough to assist you in your vehicle's regular maintenence, or for a repair from a sudden mishap, I will do what I can to get the job done efficiently and effectively.
